Please read these terms and conditions carefully before registering for the conference.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for and/or attending GVCSEE2026, you agree to abide by and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not proceed with registration.
2. Registration & Eligibility
2.1 Registration Requirements
All participants must complete the registration form with accurate and complete information. Providing false or misleading information may result in cancellation of registration without refund.
2.2 Age & Capacity
Participants must be 18 years of age or older and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts. Individuals under 18 must have parental consent to attend.
3. Payment Terms
3.1 Registration Fees
All registration fees must be paid in full before or on the day of the conference as per the pricing specified during registration. Different registration tiers may apply, with varying fees and benefits.
3.2 Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods: credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and online payment gateways as specified on the payment page.
3.3 Currency
All fees are stated in the currency indicated during registration. Currency conversion rates (if applicable) will be clearly displayed before payment.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
4.1 Cancellation by Participant
- Cancellations received 30 days before the conference: Full refund minus administrative charge
- Cancellations received 15-30 days before: 50% refund
- Cancellations received less than 15 days before: No refund
- No refunds after the conference commencement
4.2 Substitution
Participants may substitute another individual without penalty up to 7 days before the conference. Substitution requests must be submitted in writing to the organizing committee.
5. Code of Conduct
All participants agree to maintain professional and respectful behavior during the conference. The following behaviors are prohibited:
- Harassment, discrimination, or abusive language of any kind
- Disruptive conduct that interferes with others' ability to participate
- Unauthorized photography, recording, or streaming without consent
- Solicitation or unauthorized commercial activity
- Violation of intellectual property rights
Violators may be asked to leave the conference without refund.
6. Intellectual Property & Content
6.1 Conference Materials
All conference content, presentations, materials, and intellectual property remain the property of the organizers and respective speakers. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is prohibited.
6.2 Recording & Photography
Recording, photography, or live streaming of conference sessions is prohibited without explicit written permission from the organizers. Personal use photography of the conference venue with general audience may be permitted with proper conduct.
6.3 Participant Consent
By attending, participants consent to the use of their likeness and testimonials by the organizers for promotional purposes, unless they explicitly opt out during registration.
7. Liability & Disclaimers
7.1 Limitation of Liability
The organizers are not responsible for:
- Personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property
- Technical difficulties or system failures
- Changes to the schedule or cancellation of sessions
- Force majeure events beyond reasonable control
7.2 Venue Health & Safety
Participants attend at their own risk. The venue may implement health and safety protocols. Participants must comply with all venue regulations and instructions from staff.
8. Privacy & Data Protection
Personal data collected during registration will be used for conference administration, communication, and may be shared with sponsors unless you opt out. We comply with applicable data protection regulations and maintain secure data practices.
9. Changes to Conference Details
The organizers reserve the right to make changes to:
- Schedule, sessions, or speakers
- Venue or dates (in case of force majeure)
- Registration terms and fees
Significant changes will be communicated to all registered participants as soon as possible.
10. Force Majeure
In the event of force majeure (pandemic, natural disaster, etc.), the organizers may postpone or cancel the conference. Participants will be offered a refund or transfer to a future event at no additional cost within 12 months.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable local laws and regulations. Any disputes will be resolved through negotiation or arbitration as per legal framework.
